Need to create and print 5×7 greeting card. What dimensions are required for setup for 5×7 front/back/inside of card? Template? My card program only has dimensions for quarter-fold and half-fold cards and will not convert to 5×7. Either need a good greeting card program that will design and print 5×7 card [...]
