How do I find artists to submit work? We are a small company and need artwork for our projects.?

We need current styles of greeting cards,pattetrns for gift boxes, and designs for baby onsies and tee shirts. We want to purchase designs from ones submitted. But we don’t know where to find artists to contact. Our search locally has not been beneficial.
