Making my mum a birthday card….but i don’t know how to design it! Please HELP!?

I want to make my mum a HUGE birthday card for her sixtieth next month, and when i say huge i mean huge lol.
But i’m stuck as to what to put on the front and how to design it…….any ideas??? Please help! I want my mum’s birthday to be special in every single way!!
