Friends birthday tomorrow, what should i draw?

It’s my friends birthday tomorrow and i dont have any money to buy anything so i thought i could draw a picture, or design a birthday card. Just wondering if anyones got any ideas?

I write greetings. Is there any greeting card companies that accept writings without art, I can’t draw.?

I foun a site called recyled papregreetincard.com they do accept freelanc but they want the artistic design also.
